"HI, I’m Ema. The Heart of Dance Yoga Therapy and Your Guide to Mindful Movement"
For me, growing up with sensory overload and anxiety meant that the world often felt too loud. Dance was my escape—the only thing that relaxed the chaos in my mind. But as I got older, I realised I needed more than just an escape; I needed a way to breathe.
That is why I created Dance Yoga Therapy. I combine the uplift of dance with the grounding calmness of yoga. My classes are for preschoolers, kids, and young adults—neurodivergent and neurotypical—who need a safe space to be themselves.
We learn to run in the storm (dance) and stand softly when it gets heavy (yoga).
